Commercial Plywood
Manufacturer
Factory-direct from Xuzhou, China — no trading company layer between you and the production floor. We manufacture commercial-grade plywood and engineered wood panels for distributors, importers, and project buyers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia.

Our Plywood & Engineered Wood Products
Most buyers come to us for one category and consolidate their sourcing across the range once they see how we run — which means fewer vendor relationships to manage and one set of shipping logistics to coordinate.
Commercial Plywood
The core of the range: structural, furniture, marine, exterior, and interior grades. SKU breadth runs from thin decorative sheets to load-bearing structural panels, so you can serve multiple buyer segments from a single supplier. Custom dimensions available on confirmed orders without tooling cost overhead.
Film-Faced Plywood
Phenolic and melamine film overlays on hardwood or birch cores. The construction and formwork segment drives consistent repeat orders — contractors reorder by the container once they've qualified a panel that performs on-site. Waterproof and structural variants available.
MDF
Standard, HDF, furniture-grade, and CNC-ready MDF boards. The furniture manufacturing segment runs on MDF for cabinet carcasses and flat-pack components — high-volume, predictable reorder cycles. E1 and CARB P2 emission grades available for North American and European markets.
Melamine MDF
MDF with melamine paper pressed directly onto the surface — white, woodgrain, solid color, and high-gloss finishes. Ready-to-use panels that eliminate a finishing step for your downstream customers, which is a margin argument you can make at the point of sale. Kitchen cabinet and furniture manufacturers are the primary buyers.
Melamine Plywood
Melamine-faced plywood for cabinet, wardrobe, and furniture applications where the structural strength of plywood matters alongside a finished surface. Glossy and matte finishes available; 18mm is the volume thickness for cabinet carcass work.
Blockboard
Solid wood core construction with face veneer or melamine overlay. Blockboard carries screw-holding strength that MDF can't match, which makes it the preferred substrate for hinged doors, shelving with hardware, and furniture frames.
Particle Board & OSB
Chipboard particle board and oriented strand board for construction sheathing, flooring underlayment, and industrial packaging. OSB moves in volume through building materials distributors — wall sheathing and subfloor applications drive container-scale orders on construction project timelines.
Paper Overlaid Plywood
MDO and paper-overlaid panels for sign-making, concrete formwork, and painted surface applications. The overlay creates a smooth, paintable surface that holds detail — relevant for buyers supplying sign fabricators or specialty construction contractors.
HPL Plywood
High-pressure laminate bonded to plywood substrate — impact-resistant, moisture-tolerant surface for countertops, cabinetry, and commercial furniture. HPL plywood commands a margin premium over standard melamine panels in the commercial fit-out segment.
Hardboard
Dense fiberboard panels in standard, primed, and masonite configurations. Hardboard moves through furniture back panels, drawer bottoms, and wall paneling applications — high-volume, low-complexity SKUs that fill out a distribution catalog efficiently.
Moisture Control Engineered Into the Process,
Not Tested at the End
This is where we've spent the most time since 2008, and it's the reason buyers in humid markets — Southeast Asia, the Gulf, coastal Australia — keep reordering. The problem we set out to solve was straightforward: Chinese plywood had a reputation for arriving flat and warping after it cleared customs.
The failure mode was moisture content that looked acceptable at the factory but wasn't stable enough to survive ocean transit and humidity cycling at the destination. We built the drying and pre-press moisture verification process around that specific failure mode.
How the Process Works
Incoming veneers are sorted and dried to target moisture before layup — we don't rely on the hot press to drive out residual moisture. Pre-press moisture verification happens at the veneer stage, not after the panel is assembled. That sequence matters because once the panel is pressed, you can't correct moisture distribution — you can only test for the outcome.
- Veneers dried to target MC before layup, not after pressing
- Pre-press moisture verification at the veneer stage
- Glue spread calibrated to veneer MC, not a fixed schedule
- Post-press conditioning before trimming and stacking
- Final MC check logged per production batch
The result is panels that arrive at destination with the same moisture profile they left with. For buyers supplying cabinet shops or furniture manufacturers, that means less rework, fewer warranty claims, and a sourcing story you can tell your customers.

Moisture Control Sequence
Panels destined for high-humidity markets — Southeast Asia, the Gulf, coastal Australia — are conditioned to the upper end of the target range to account for equilibrium shift during transit.
Certifications That Open Market Access
The certifications we carry are the ones that matter at the border and at the point of sale. Each one represents a specific market access requirement or a buyer qualification threshold.
CARB Phase 2
California Air Resources BoardFormaldehyde emission standard required for composite wood products sold into California and adopted as the baseline by most US retail and commercial buyers. Without CARB P2, panels are blocked from the US market at the importer level.
FSC Chain of Custody
Forest Stewardship CouncilChain of custody certification covering the full supply chain from forest to finished panel. Required by European retailers, government procurement in multiple markets, and increasingly by commercial fit-out contractors with ESG reporting obligations.
E0 / E1 Emission Class
European Standard EN 13986European formaldehyde emission classification. E1 is the standard threshold for interior use in the EU; E0 is the ultra-low emission grade specified by buyers in Japan, South Korea, and premium European projects. We produce both on request.
CE Marking
EN 636 / EN 13986CE marking under EN 636 for structural plywood and EN 13986 for wood-based panels. Required for panels used in construction applications in the European Economic Area. Distributors supplying builders' merchants or construction distributors in Europe need this.
JAS Certification
Japanese Agricultural StandardJapanese Agricultural Standard for plywood — the mandatory quality and emission certification for panels entering the Japanese market. JAS covers structural performance, formaldehyde emission (F★★★★ is the top grade), and species declaration.
ISO 9001
Quality Management SystemQuality management system certification covering production process controls, inspection procedures, and corrective action protocols. ISO 9001 is the baseline qualification requirement for supplier approval at most large distributors and buying groups.
Need Cert Documentation for a Specific Market?
We can provide test reports, certificate copies, and declaration of conformity documents for any active certification. If you're qualifying us as a supplier, send us your vendor approval checklist and we'll work through it.
Why Buyers Keep Reordering
The first order is about price and certification. The reorder is about what actually happened — whether the panels arrived flat, whether the count was right, whether the documentation cleared customs without a phone call.
Dimensional Consistency
Panels cut to size on calibrated saws with thickness tolerance held to ±0.2mm. Cabinet shops and CNC operators notice immediately when panels are off-spec — it shows up as gaps, misaligned edges, and wasted material. Consistent dimensions reduce downstream rework.
Accurate Count and Pack
Pallet counts verified before loading. Short-shipped containers create receivables disputes and inventory gaps that cost more to resolve than the panels are worth. We've built the checking step into the loading process, not the complaint process.
Clean Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, and any market-specific cert documents prepared and cross-checked before the container is sealed. Customs holds from documentation errors are avoidable — we treat them that way.
Reliable Lead Times
Production lead times quoted with buffer built in, not best-case. If a production slot is at capacity, we say so at the order stage rather than at the shipping stage. Buyers who plan inventory around a delivery date need that date to be real.
Responsive Communication
One point of contact who knows your account, your spec requirements, and your market. Questions answered within the same business day. Production updates sent proactively, not in response to chasing. The communication standard is the same whether the order is one container or twenty.
Spec Flexibility Without MOQ Penalties
Custom thickness, custom size, private label, mixed-species loads — handled without forcing you into a full container of a single SKU. Distributors building out a catalog need range, and we've structured production to accommodate mixed orders without the price penalty that usually comes with it.
From Specification to Production Sample in 15–20 Working Days
Custom plywood work is a scheduling and yield question for us, not a capital investment question — plywood is cut-to-size, not molded, so non-standard dimensions don't require tooling. That changes the economics of OEM work significantly compared to other manufacturing categories.
Our technical team handles the full OEM scope: custom face veneer species for furniture manufacturers who need consistent grain matching across a product line, specific core constructions for structural applications with defined load requirements, custom film colors and textures for film-faced products going into branded construction systems, and non-standard panel dimensions on confirmed orders.
Engineering Team: ~20 People
Product development, process engineering, and quality systems — managing specification development and first-article approval. Lead time from specification confirmation to first production sample runs 15–20 working days depending on material sourcing requirements.

Private-Label Programs
Bring your own spec. Production-ready sample in under a month. Expand your panel program without a new supplier relationship.
No Tooling Premium
Non-standard dimensions on confirmed orders. No custom mold, no tooling cost — cut-to-size economics work in your favor.
Certs Travel With Orders
CARB P2, FSC, CE, ISO 9001 documentation ships with every OEM order — your import market compliance gates covered.
Most buyers who start an OEM program with us expand it within two seasons once they see the turnaround and documentation reliability.
One Certification Stack Covers Your Key Import Markets
CARB P2, FSC chain-of-custody, CE, and ISO 9001:2015 — held simultaneously, not as special-order options. One factory, one supplier relationship, one documentation package.
CARB P2
North AmericaFormaldehyde emission compliance engineered into the bonding process — resin systems reformulated and press parameters upgraded specifically to hit these targets consistently. Not tested at the end; built in from the start.
FSC Chain-of-Custody
Sustainability-AuditedFull chain-of-custody certification for buyers with sustainability-audited accounts. One supplier covers your FSC-required procurement without a separate sourcing track.
CE Marking
EuropeCE-marked panels for European import compliance. No separate European-market supplier required — the same factory and documentation package covers your EU accounts.
ISO 9001:2015
Quality SystemQuality management system certification covering the full manufacturing process. Audit reports from SGS and Bureau Veritas available on request — documentation is not chased by buyers.

The Practical Value for Importers
You don't need to qualify separate suppliers for your North American, European, and sustainability-audited accounts. One factory, one supplier relationship, one documentation package that covers the compliance gates in your major markets.
We invested in this certification infrastructure in the early 2010s when European and North American buyers started requiring it — before customers forced the issue, not after.
Audit reports from SGS and Bureau Veritas are available on request. We don't make buyers chase documentation — the full compliance package is ready when you need it.
Factory-Direct Pricing: No Trading Company Margin in Your Landed Cost
This is a factory-direct operation. No trading company layer, no agent markup between the production floor and your purchase order. The margin that would otherwise go to a middleman stays in your landed cost calculation — which means either a better price to your customers or a wider margin for your business.
Port Routing Flexibility
Xuzhou connects to Qingdao, Shanghai, and Lianyungang ports, giving us routing flexibility depending on your destination market and freight timing. We select the optimal port for your shipment schedule and transit requirements.
Optimized Container Loading
Container loading is planned around panel dimensions and stacking configuration to maximize cubic utilization. We provide loading plans with each shipment so your receiving team knows exactly what to expect before the container arrives.
Consolidated Mixed-Product Loads
For mixed-product orders, we coordinate consolidated loads to reduce your per-unit freight cost. Ordering film-faced plywood alongside MDF or melamine boards? We plan the load as a single optimized container, not separate shipments.

The Plywood Markets Where Your Margin Is
Six buyer segments where factory-direct sourcing creates a structural cost advantage. Each segment has distinct reorder patterns, specification requirements, and margin dynamics — here's how each one works.
Construction & Formwork Contractors
Film-faced plywood · Structural panels
Film-faced plywood and structural panels move through building materials distributors into concrete formwork, structural sheathing, and site hoarding applications. Construction projects order by the container on project timelines — a single mid-size commercial build can absorb 3–5 containers of film-faced plywood.
Contractors who find a panel that performs on-site reorder the same spec for the next project without re-qualifying. Once you're in the spec, you stay in the spec.
Browse Film-Faced PlywoodFurniture Manufacturers & Cabinet Makers
Commercial plywood · MDF · Melamine boards · Blockboard
Commercial plywood, MDF, melamine-faced boards, and blockboard are the substrate materials for furniture production lines. Furniture manufacturers run on consistent reorder cycles tied to production schedules — once you're qualified as a substrate supplier, orders come in on a predictable monthly or quarterly cadence.
The OEM capability means you can supply custom-spec panels that match a manufacturer's existing product line, which makes switching costs work in your favor.
Building Materials Distributors
Full engineered wood panel range — one factory source
Distributors carrying a full engineered wood panel range — plywood, MDF, OSB, melamine boards, blockboard — can source the entire catalog from one factory. SKU consolidation reduces your vendor management overhead and simplifies logistics coordination.
The certification stack means your panels are pre-qualified for the compliance-sensitive accounts in your distribution network without additional testing costs on your end.
Growing segment: This segment has grown significantly over the past three years — distributors consolidating their Asian sourcing to fewer, more reliable factories.
Interior Fit-Out & Commercial Joinery
HPL plywood · Melamine plywood · Paper-overlaid panels
HPL plywood, melamine plywood, and paper-overlaid panels supply the commercial fit-out segment — hotel rooms, office interiors, retail fit-outs, and hospitality projects. Fit-out contractors and joinery shops order in project quantities with tight specification requirements.
The ±0.2mm thickness tolerance and consistent surface grade matter when panels are going through automated cutting equipment. Project-based orders tend to be larger and less price-sensitive than commodity distribution, which supports margin.
Import Distributors — North America & Europe
CARB P2 · FSC · CE documentation as standard
CARB P2 and FSC certification are procurement gates in these markets, not optional add-ons. Distributors supplying US retailers, Canadian building centers, or European merchants need a supplier who can deliver the documentation package alongside the product — not one who produces it on request after the order is placed.
Specialty & OEM Panel Buyers
Custom veneer · Non-standard dimensions · Private label
Custom veneer species, non-standard dimensions, specific core constructions, and private-label programs. This segment includes furniture brands sourcing consistent grain-matched face veneers, construction system manufacturers who need custom film colors for branded formwork panels, and project buyers with non-standard dimension requirements.
The 15–20 working day sample turnaround and no-tooling-cost custom sizing make OEM work commercially viable at lower volumes than most buyers expect.
